Perfect hotel, really enjoyed our stay, it had outstanding food and excellent location in view of the restaurant. The breakfast was amazing, with a lot of food options. The check in was early and the atmosphere was contemporary throughout the property. The pool was great too. Location: the hotel was just off HOTSSON, very well located near to the Outlet Malls and great restaurants and historic downtown w/in walking distance👍❤

The location here is fantastic with everything just a short walk away, including Restarante Bar Los Presidentes, which is just a 15-minute stroll from here.

This hotel is perfectly situated near the center of a very busy city, making it convenient for exploring local amenities and attractions. The rooms are clean and well-appointed, with spacious closets and drawers for convenience. The bathroom offers a lovely rainfall shower and provided toiletries. The friendly and accommodating staff provide excellent service, and the extensive breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The hotel also offers great facilities, such as a fitness center overlooking the pool and a sundries shop.

The menu could use some improvement to offer more variety and cater to different dietary preferences.

The room was big, and we had a pleasant view of city. It had a great bed and included a clean bathroom a bidet, a walk-in shower and a dryer.

The location was perfect, just a 10-minute drive to both the old town and the leather shopping zone. The room itself was stunning, with a comfortable bed and a beautiful bathroom. The minibar even had free beer and water. The attention to detail and the overall elegance of the hotel impressed me. It was truly a treat to stay here and the value for the price was exceptional. I wish I had another day to enjoy it all.

We had a great stay in a spacious room with a nice bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed having HBO in English to watch our favorite shows. The buffet offered good food and we would definitely add it to our next stay. The location was convenient for exploring the city, with Zona Piel and the charming plazas and churches within walking distance.

The bar/restaurant service was extremely slow, which was frustrating when we wanted a quick bite. The waitresses were always busy serving other people, and it took over an hour to get our food.
